Love, Love, Love the desk! However, I received the desk without any hardware! I contacted Customer Service and they rectified the problem timely!

This desk is super sturdy, elegant yet rustic! Perfect for my office. I got this desk with the intention of using the drawers but unfortunately that didn’t work out. This delivery had white glove service which would include putting the desk together for me. Unfortunately the moving company said they didn’t have time and that I would have too do it myself. Being a small petite woman this put me in a bind. I had to find a friend to help me put it together bc I can’t lift any of the pieces. It’s extremely heavy, solid wood and metal. I couldn’t put the drawer together by myself and now it’s messed up. I’m just going to throw it away probably. I like it better without the drawers honestly.

This desk is solid. Its durable and will most likely last for years. The only negative thing I can say is that the directions for putting it together was not great, but everything else was great. The shipping was fast.

Alright - the one positive is the that desk is beautiful. That is all the good I can say about it - the rest is all bad. Don’t buy it. It says white glove delivery but when they delivered - it was in too many pieces and they could not assemble so I had to… the left and right support for the desk was just two right supports so I could not attach the back of the desk… to hang the draws the pilot holes were all in the wrong spots so I had take it apart, measure and re drill new pilot holes. The large drawer could not be assembled because again they sent two right sides instead of a right and a left… the metal work that supported the desk was all bent and had to be bent back and I’m still not able to get the last screw in… so after 4 hours of frustration- it is somewhat together- the 10 off that they gave because of all of this doesn’t nearly make up for the disaster that this was.

The package arrived on time within the delivery slot I was given and was in great condition. It was also very easy to build and looks great!
