Armoire Jillian

I ordered for my wardrobe, excited that I was being delivered than expected but disappointed that someone could package a cracked side of the wardrobe. I made a request for replacement and now delivery is estimated for August. Not happy at all. The packaging was not defective, all stylelofoam is intact but just that it was packed from the warehouse as that is so disappointing. Called wyfair customer service but there is nothing they can do to speed it up. Very upsetting. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow, I guess I would just return it. Just really disappointed.

All items in the box were well wrapped and in immaculate condition. The built wardrobe is really nice and has a ton of space for anything you can think of stuffing inside. There were one or two missing screws which was a little annoying but I managed to find adequate alternatives. Due to the small amount of space to work with we did manage to crack the bottom plinth when standing the unit up. You need a good meter from the wall to quickly stand it up without causing stress to the bottom edge.

Fantastic wardrobe. Plenty of space. Fairly simple to assemble. Worth every penny.

The entire wardrobe is not functioning. There are gaps and damages. Money wasted. I am currently waiting for the company to get to me about how they plan to resolve this issue .

Delivery details where a bit funky that I had to contact Wayfair on the 13th of December to find out where my wardrobe was as there was no tracking and was ment to be delivered on the 15th. There was an issue and it was sorted very professionally. Wardrobe was delivered on the 17th. No damage to the package. It took two people to build and it came together quite nicely the cupboard hinges do need some fine adjustments at the end but all in all a very good quality wardrobe. Instructions where very clear.
