We ordered 2 sets of these chairs. It took almost a month for them to arrive and the packages alone were in terrible condition. On opening, the frames were not packaged well enough to avoid damage even if the boxes had been in better condition. There were multiple obvious places where the finish had been damaged because of metal pieces being packed together and hitting in transit. Every piece had some sort of damage that was very obvious since the silver metal was showing through the black finish. the leg structures were pressed out of alignment so none of the chairs were stable without reshaping the leg directions and frame shape. No instructions were included and the seats, where the frame and legs attach, were not predrilled or had any guides to show how best to attached them. In the end, we could only assemble 6 of the 8 chairs since there were not enough screws included between both boxes. Additionally, there were many small metal pieces that stuck out in areas that were sharp enough to cut us we tried to assemble them. Ultimately, after some force to balance the legs, figuring out the best way to attach the pieces, and filling down of sharp parts, we have some "good enough" chairs to last until hopefully something better comes along. Still need to find a way to touch up the finish on the black frames. Also, the seat material is described as white but really is Ivory at best. More of a beige really. No instruction, hard to put together, metal legs had lots of scratches, one chair was wobbling, seat color was dark beige and not white. Wayfair customer service was good.
