Some of the hardware is not going in as smooth and it took forever to arrive, but nonetheless it’s beautiful and the wooden pieces are well made!

I tried to cancel the order about one week after placed order, since the order was not ready yet, and still over a month to go. But I was told that the order can not be cancelled because they are preparing it, however I could return it after I received it…not quite understand the logic…It took more than another month for it to be ready…and what I got was such a disappointment. one panel was bend, and a few chipped. Want to return it but seems like such a hassle…not recommend it at all.
