I'm not sure where to start with this review. This table arrived damaged in multiple places on the tabletop. The box itself was damaged, but there were issues with the table that show that it was obviously damaged before it was shipped as well. There were 5 wooden boards with exposed staples sticking out hidden inside of the box, which was a hazard while opening and clearly was not meant to be shipped with the table. There was also extra wooden cut-out pieces from the factory that were in the box for some unknown reason. The package was also missing the assembly parts needed-- altogether I'm confused about why this was shipped to me, especially after it took two months to arrive.
Dealing with Wayfair's customer service was also a frustrating experience, as I was not offered a refund when I initially called and instead was sent "replacement parts" (i. e., an entirely new table) without asking if that's what I wanted, which I was promised would not take 2 months again to arrive, but of course later received an email that it would take another 2 months to come in. Once I reached out to customer service again, I was told I couldn't be given a refund, then was offered a refund of 30% of what I paid for it, then was finally sent the shipping labels to return the damaged table after having to repeatedly ask them why they couldn't issue me a refund for the damaged item. I then had to buy a new box ($30 was the cheapest option at FedEx) because the one it was sent in was too damaged to use. After paying the additional $30, I have not yet received my refund for the table, despite the pictures I sent showing clear damage.
I would not recommend buying this table or really anything from Wayfair because their customer service is unusually difficult to deal with. Somehow I've been stuck paying to ship back a table that was damaged when I received it, knowing it's a waste because they'll certainly trash it when it arrives back at their facility. I would save your time and money and shop anywhere else.
