looks cheap faux leather, and one of the buttons was missing

I was excited about this headboard to deal with a weird outlet situation in our guest room, but the wire set up is really weird. There are only USB ports so I’ll need to get some additional cables for this to actually be functional in a normal wall outlet. I wanted to avoid a ton of extensions so this is kind of a waste. As other reviews have said, the leather quality is so-so.

I ordered this imitation leather headboard for my granddaughter. It was delivered quickly and was packaged securely. The headboard was easy to set up and attach to the bed frame. The favorite parts of the headboard are the USB plugs and the lights across the top. It is a really nice headboard. I recommend this product.

This headboard is not what I had expected. It looks like “imitation “ leather and that surprised me because I had ordered 2 chairs previously and those looked and felt like real leather. I thought it would have some embellishments on it to dress it up but there weren’t any buttons or tacks on the edges or larger buttons throughout the face of it so it didn’t look so plain. The pictures on the website and even the pictures I took look plain but usually the pictures don’t show all the details of the item. In this case, the headboard is very plain.

This was a surprise. Evidently I didn’t read the description thoroughly because I didn’t realize it had a shelf, lighting, or silver buttons! I super LOVE the headboard…looks like real leather and is cushy. I don’t love the buttons. I will likely tack the flaps back to hide them. The shelf behind is handy for putting your phone, etc. And I’m not really into the lighting so I doubt that I use that. Didn’t receive the instructions with the headboard so I had to contact Wayfair, but they emailed them within a day or two.
