I purchased a complete table and chair set, but when it arrived, ALL FOUR chairs were missing their right-side legs, making every single chair completely unusable. I contacted customer service and was told replacement parts would be sent. I have now waited OVER A MONTH. The tracking never updated, the parts never arrived, and after patiently waiting as requested, I discovered that the replacement order had been CANCELLED. For an entire month, we have had a dining table with no usable chairs. We’ve literally been eating on the floor, and even when we have guests over, they have to eat on the floor because the chairs we paid for cannot even be assembled. After all of this, I was offered a 20 refund—around 80. Where am I realistically supposed to buy a decent matching set of four dining chairs for 80 They also offered to send a technician to “repair” the chairs, which makes absolutely no sense considering the problem is that the legs were NEVER IN THE BOX. There is nothing for a technician to repair. I understand that mistakes happen, and I was more than willing to wait for replacement parts. What makes this experience so frustrating is waiting more than a month, receiving no replacement, seeing the replacement cancelled, and then still not being offered a reasonable resolution. I paid for a complete dining set. More than a month later, I still don’t have one. This has been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing.
