NOT SOLID WOOD AS ADVERTISED! Very Disappointed! I gave only 1 star because of false advertising. I selected this cabinet because the title and product description indicates that this cabinet is “solid wood”. In reality it is MDF (medium density fiberboard) with a thin layer of fake wood grain printed melamine surface. The only part that is “solid wood” is the handles, and even they are finger jointed- how tacky! Even though the panels are a manufactured material, the color of the trim on the door panels doesn’t even match the center panel color tone. The small screws that hold the door hinges on the side panels (set into the soft MDF core) seem unlikely to hold up well over time with frequent opening and closing of doors.

Added this piece in our living room next to our fire place that had an empty space, and to have a space to put wifi modems. My husband put it together in about 20-30 minutes- seemed easy enough!

Beautiful, sturdy, and great quality overall! I have been looking for something like this for a while. I finally found this after a lot of research, and I love it!
