These are decent quality but not great. They do serve the purpose and fit the space we bought them for.

Super sad to be writing this review but it goes for both the item and the customer service received from Wayfair. I ordered this amoire super excited for its arrival. Unfortunately it was to arrive in a couple days from purchase, which some of the parts did (box 1 not box 2). When I tracked box 2 which had the large pieces to this closet, it showed up in hold in Georgia. It was to arrive the next day. Next day came, no package, tracking still showed Georgia. I reached out for help with Wayfair through the online chat, which led me to text with a customer service agent who ordered a replacement box 2 to ship to me, however it would not be arriving for 10-14 days later. Now Im getting a bit frustrated, but according to the text service, there was nothing more they could do but I could reach out to a supervisor to discuss if I wanted. A couple days went by and a package showed up at my door. I was so excited thinking WOW that came faster than expected. Well its the missing package from Georgia. The box is busted up in many areas as if it had been thrown around. I recorded the box and recorded me opening it, knowing the items inside would likely not be looking good. Sure enough the two large sides to this closet are ruined with no fixing them. I contact the supervisor at this time, well according to the lady Jordyn she could help me like a supervisor could... which in the end was no help at all. There was no resolve to this issue. She told me there was a replacement box still on order for box 2 that was to deliver by October 1st and that I would receive an email when it was shipped out. She stated they could not get the box to me any faster ( this will again have been 2 weeks from the time I had placed the original order). She did not offer me a discount, any sort of inconvenience gift of any kind, not even an apology just simply said there was nothing she could do, she could not get the replacement part to me any faster, had no suggestions or solutions. Today I checked me email, because I had not seen any notice that a package had shipped out to me, and come to find out, yesterday I received an email from Wayfair stating my replacement box 2 has been cancelled because of parts no longer available!!!!! at this point tomorrow I will be calling wayfair. Im not sure where I will get with this, but I have spend over $200 with an incomplete set up in my home leaning up against the wall waiting on 2 large boards to show up so it can all be assembled! :(
