I was hesitant to order a sectional online. I am not done renovating an old house, but wanted to ditch a 2-cushion love seat I bought for the apartment I am moving out ot. I have been looking at reviews and different models for several months. I really had wanted a blue sectional, but wanted corduroy fabric in blue, but that color either didn't exist or was always sold out. What convinced me to purchase the Jersi Velvet model was pictures from the customer reviews and also their comments were helpful. While I would have liked seats that could be removed for cleaning-that just seems to put me into a higher price range that I just can't afford right now, so time will tell on the durability of the fabric. I received all boxes in one delivery 2 days ahead of schedule! Each sectional piece was well packaged with a nice tyvek fabric cover. Only one box was damaged on the corner, but the product was fine inside. I unpacked, brought the components inside and assembled them myself. I am 67 currently with a sore hip, but the The only suggestion for the manufacturer would be to include a philips-head screwdriver instead of a sloted-head one. I had a philips-head that made the assembly a breeze. This sectional has tons of storage and I was surprise how stable the mechanisms where. Each section comes with a back and base. To make the corner pieces you need 2 sectionals--you will use a back & side to make one corner piece, and the 2nd unit becomes an ottoman. I think the design of this is brilliant as the configuration can be changed to fit your space and rearrange when you want. The hardware is substantial and high quality and extra was included. I haven't connected the sections together yet until I settle on the configuration, but they don't move on my wood floors. I love the color and hope that the fabric holds up. I have 2 doggos who haven't tested it out yet! The seat sits firm and is comfortable--you don't sink into the cushions. I purchased the blue velvet which looks stunning! I will probably get some small cushions for lumbar support, but think it is better to see the product without pillows and blankets so you can see what it looks like by itself.

Has not held up as well as it should for the price. Backs are not even. Wasn’t the best condition when delivered in the first place honestly, wayfair customer service was great, consider looking elsewhere
