We tried to pay for assembly but couldn’t get the app to accept our selection. It’s was a little difficult for us to assemble but the finished product looks great.

I thought this was a great buy, nice and heavy wood, the only complaint I have about the cabinet itself is that one door is slightly off and I did all of the adjustments. It seems warped on the top corner. The other complaint was that it came in 2 boxes but never said that on my tracking and one box came 2 days later. I thought I was missing half the cabinet because it said it was delivered. After talking to customer service they said to wait 3 days, and then 2 dates later it came. Using it my basement for my legos.

Oy vey! This cabinet combined with Wayfair's response is lucky to get a 2-star rating. Cabinet comes in two boxes delivered on different days. Strike one. Once we had both boxes we opened each box and couldn't find the assembly instructions. We emptied each box and there were no assembly instructions to be found. Strike two. I used the online chat feature to see if I could get instructions. The online AI feature directed me to the "Specifications" tab and to click on the assembly guide. I had already told the chatbot this tab only gives directions to installing the anti-tip feature once the cabinet is built. Clearly, this is a limitation to AI chat session. So I called Customer Service, explained the same thing to a human. And what happened? The customer service rep confirmed my email address and emailed me the same "anti-tip" instructions found under the product specification tab. Strike three. And if that isn't enough...the customer service rep said I could pay $95 to have it professionally put together. Makes no sense. Where are the assembly instructions for the "professional assembly"? And the best part??? Wait for it - we got to pay $88 to send the cabinet back to Wayfair. THE WORST experience we've had ordering from Wayfair.
