Buffet Arise-Sun

I really like this sideboard! We're using it for gaming/console storage in our loft and it is just the right size- it holds everything we need it to with a tiny bit of room to grow, without taking a huge footprint in the shared space. The color is great- my photos don't do it justice as it sits right under a bright window but it's fairly accurate to the color in the listing, maybe a little bit darker. The drawers and hinges are a little stiff right now but they seem like they'll loosen with use- and they're not an issue now, either. It did come with a tiny chip in the wood on the front door but since it's in our loft I'm not too worried about it. The one gripe that I do have is that the shelf is a little narrow- it can either rest all the way against the back but then not come all the way to the front, or vice versa. I think it's kind of weird that the shelf wouldn't be the same size as the unit since it's just a waste of space. {In the photo, I have it pulled forward all the way so it's a couple of inches away from the back.} Other than this one quirk, this is exactly what we needed!

This is a good size sideboard for the area I needed it for. I like the colors with the hardware. It was relatively easy to put together, but did come with a little chip in it. It’s not bad enough to want to exchange.

So very disappointed in the manner this was shipped. As you can see in the pics, box severely damaged, and the result was chipping of the doors inside and out. Otherwise it would be a cute storage cabinet. Sadly I will probably not use it where it can be seen.

It is solid wood and the gold accents are nice. I would say it is darker than shown on the website. I only gave it 4 stars because the drawers are not on metal tracks making the openclose not as smooth.

I received the delivery and the box was torn open which made lot of the pieces damaged. Many pieces were not measured correctly so they did't line up right. The the pieces weren't labeled, the screws (which were all in one box) were unlabeled. The instructions were very unclear and a lot of information was missing. Many pieces were broken, however that might have happened during shipping. I basically had to figure it out on my own. Once assembled it looks ok aside from the damage that occurred during shipping. I can't recommend this piece.
