OK. I really like the desk. It is sturdy, has plenty of drawer space and looks good. What I didn't like is the assembly problems. Yes, as others have noted, it has a LOT of pieces and takes hours to assemble but that's not the problem. The problem is that many of the screw holes and locking devices don't do what they're supposed to do. I had to fill at least a dozen screw holes with wooden dowls and redrill them because the original holes didn't secure the screws properly and would not allow me to tighten them. The locking pieces were another problem. Those should tighten and lock into place but several, probably 10, did not do that and I had to glue those in place to achieve proper tightening. Additionally, be sure to place the drawer slides properly. The instruction drawings are small and it is easy to inadvertently place them backwards. I managed to do that with two of the smaller drawer slides. It is easy to correct that, even after the desk is nearly complete. A larger image in the instructions, clearly showing the front and back ends of the sliders would help to avoid that mistake. Once assembled, the desk is solid and sturdy and not difficult to move around. Overall, I would recommend this desk with the caveat that the buyer should be prepared to encounter and deal with the issues I listed above

Would highly recommend this item based on my experience and quality of the desk. Exactly what I was looking for!

Pretty desk. The top 3 drawers get stuck on each other but otherwise its nice.

Great desk, looks fantastic, hard to move without bending wood though.

You get what you pay for. It looks nice but….the quality is not great with a number of issues with the fit. Also it was much harder to assemble than most; took me at least 5-6 hours. Still quite functional for the price.
