I had ordered this desk on Black Friday and when I received it, it was completely destroyed. Multiple pieces were split in half, there was a hole in the top and the corners were all smashed in. I had messaged to advise them of the defect and that I wanted to situation to be resolved. The representative told me I had to get replacement parts and they would ship right away. Fast forward, I get an email stating the replacement parts were delayed with no further ETA was provided. I then messaged wayfair again to which the representative said the replacement parts would be here Dec 19th. It is now Dec 19th and I have no updates and no parts. I then message them again today, to which the new representative tells me there has been no activity on my account... I am now going through the process of returning the item. It was bought on Black Friday so I have now also missed out on any Black Friday deals and am at square 1 over a month later and have been completely mislead by the representatives. Terrible service, I am beyond disappointed and will never order with wayfair again.

Definitely recommend! Desk seems sturdy and good quality, went together pretty easy. Looks great too!

I ordered a desk, and top of it was completely cracked on both sides upon arrival. I submitted a request to ask for a new one. They responded the next day, and said the new top was ordered, but there is a delay in shipping. They responded again and said a replacement part was not available, but they were able to send me a new desk free of charge. I am very pleased with the prompt response and resolution.
