This is the third Ebern Designs product I have purchased & it was the most difficult to put together. If you take your time and follow the directions, it is doable & turned out in the long run. It works for the small space in my park model that I needed it for & the wood was a close match to the 31.5 square small dining table I purchased. I am not able to give it a 5 star because the piece that pulls out sticks & is a bit difficult to pull out.

Terrible directions Actually incorrect directions. Took about 3 hours to put together. It’s just ok. Cannot recommend.

it looks great and will be fine once I find 2 wheels that will lift the moving piece to the right height. the ones that came with it are to short to adjust properly.

The table the pulls out underneath is unfortunately very unstable and hard to pull out and return to its pulled in position

Definitely took a while to assemble but fits perfectly in our space! The rolling level that goes in and out is a little wonky but that could be user error putting it together.
