In my honest opinion, I like the desk, however the instructions they sent aren't the best, and there are holes in the pieces drilled that you don't need which makes it confusing during assembly. The shelf is lightweight and beautiful, however it does differ from the pictures in terms of color. It is alot lighter than the pictures show it to be. The shelves all have the holes needed for the top piece in every shelf and it the boards are alot thinner than they looked in the photos. The screws were sent some mismatched and corroded already and the shelf with the opening door is loose so it wobbles and thunks when you walk by it, i am going to get some magnets or hooks to correct that myself. It is a nice piece and it does the job. However it wasn't worth the price in my opinion. I have paid less for better quality desks/shelves. You will need 2 people to assemble when it comes to the drop down parts as they are hard to get in by yourself while holding everything up.
