Great desk. The sliding door is less than smooth but other than that I love it

Beautiful desk - difficult to put together - requires a lot of patience and a lot of hands. Not all pieces were mentioned in the instructions :(

Husband and his friend put it together in about 2 hours. The desk came in 2 boxes and were delivered on 2 different days. Overall I am pleased with the desk.

I really love this desk. There is plenty of table top space. The only issue is the sliding drawer but I just took it off because it wasn't a big deal to me. My husband is a machinist and should be able to fix the problem with the door. Other than that it was worth my money.

I have mixed feelings about this desk after assembly. I feel a little cramped but I expected that as this is a smaller desk than my previous one. The two tiers are nice and allows me to keep a few things close by but somewhat out of view. The sliding door is plain horrible. The groove cut into the lower piece is not deep enough to allow the wheel to ride along the base so instead you end up with a door that rides on the metal portion of the hardware. Also since the groove is not deep, the door will bind when in the right hand position but will fall out of the slot when in the left hand position. The door however may become a non issue as it seems like it will be more of a nuisance when accessing the back compartment.
