I love this reclining sofa. Got it all put together but, the reclining parts aren’t working. Everything is hooked up and plugged in to power but it doesn’t recline. That’s why I gave it only three stars.

Love this couch! It's comfortable & feels high quality. The assembly wasn't too bad. I wasn't aware each side would plug in separate but that's not a big deal. The lumbar heat & power reclining with the cup holders really do it for me. The massage is more of a vibration, it's not super loud & my upstairs neighbors hear it slightly (wouldn't recommend if you have downstairs neighbors though). I am in a duplex apartment & the size is perfect!

I bought the black one. We love it, the heat and massage are fabulous after getting home from work.

Comes in sections that bolt together with plates on the bottom, makes it a bit "floppy" to move
