Good product, I am satisfied, but wrong color color .its ok i dont want a change

Ordered this is white/ black. Great customer service with updates on the shipping time and date. Delivered on time as promised. I put it together myself in 30-40 minutes. Very easy instructions, can’t go wrong with it. It has a rich look in my home.

This couch is so uncomfortable! It feels like they took cinder blocks and wrapped them in the faux leather fabric. I can’t sit through even one tv show before my lower back hurts (and I am a young, healthy person without back problems). The delivery was terrible too. I didn’t pay the extra for delivery inside but they didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell at all and just left them flung on my front yard like dominos! And it arrived damaged. Thankfully not that big a spot and in the back but damaged all the same. Last, this does not look like in the photos online at all. The fabric looks cheap and fake up close. This couch is poor quality and I regret that I purchased it. I did not make my complaints within 30 days of purchase so that’s on me but I would be very reticent to purchase from them in the future because their return policy is terrible too. If your item isn’t damaged, you just don’t like it, be prepared to pay out the nose for return shipping.

Bought this sectional less then a year ago and the leather start peeling already. Can’t return because the returns policy applies for 1 month after the purchase only. Very disappointed ☹️. We just trashed $1,000

It’s good looking good as well
