I love my chair!!! There was a piece missing when I received it, but customer service promptly took care of the problem and sent me the missing piece. They were super nice and results oriented, as well as courteous. They were great!!!

Very cute chair. Not the most comfortable but looks great when put together. The lumbar pillow never really puffed up the way I feel it should have but that wasn't a huge deal for me.
