I bought this after much research, to fill a guest room alcove, so it needed to be comfortable enough for guests sleep on and to use as a cozy reading nook the rest of the time, and exact dimensions were important, as was color. I am thrilled with the sofa. The fabric is a soft velvet and the color is richer and darker than it appears on the website, so Ive taken several pics in different light and configurations. Id describe the color as a dark moss green. The dimensions were very accurate. It took a while to put together (an afternoon) and several of the pieces were fairly heavy, so challenging to drag up the stairs, but it was SO worth it. I had no problem fitting the pieces through a standard doorway. It is comfortable to sleep on and to curl up on with a book. If you get this sofa, I hope you love it as much as I do!
