I don't think there is a need to publish this, but this was the first time I have received a product from you that required a trip to the hardware store in order to put it together. The wooden pegs needed to do the first step were included but significantly larger than the holes in the bookcase. So we replaced them, and we had to purchase screws to finish attaching the back. Fortunately I had checked and knew I needed screws, so when I found the need for different pegs I only made one trip to the store.
