This was easy to build and what I expected! My only complaint is that it doesn’t have shelves, but that’s my fault for not realizing it before the purchase. This is a good size and just the height I wanted.

The product itself was pretty much what we expected for what we paid. The instructions to put it together were not always very clear-the illustrations were sometimes hard to make out, but we would have been happy enough with the final product. However, when we received the shipment, we quickly put the boxes in our garage to put together later. My husband's sister had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer, so he had to drive up (300 miles) for 3 or 4 days every week to help take care of her, pay her bills, etc., so we didn't get a chance to put it together until this past weekend. When we finally brought the boxes in from our garage, we realized that one box had not been shipped. We had ordered 2 of them, and each of them came in two boxes. We should have gotten four boxes, but only got three. I notified Wayfair, but the person I chatted with said there were three boxes in the shipment and three boxes were delivered so she didn't see the problem. It took a while to get her to understand that an entire box was never shipped. I'm not sure she ever did because she just kept saying that it was outside the window of time to receive missing parts. So, I paid for a piece of furniture that I will never be able to use. It's not like it was missing a couple of hinges. It was a box with over half of the parts we needed. We were going to use these as coat closets. We have 7 people in our family. One of these is not going to be enough, so we wasted $800, and now I have a box of furniture parts that is totally useless. We've ordered from Wayfair in the past and have always been happy. Not anymore.

The wardrobe is the perfect addition to our laundry room! It took about 1.5 hours to build with 2 people and the instructions are very clear. It’s large and sturdy which is the exact storage solution we were looking for
