I placed an order on August 20, 2006. The item was scheduled for delivery on August 28, 2006 but it arrived late on September 5, 2006. Upon arrival with the item was incorrect. It was largely yellow instead of the all white furniture, I ordered I initially spoke with a rrepresentative who arranged by replacement and advised me to dispose of the effective item. however, two days later, my replacement request was canceled and a pick up is now scheduled due to these delays and cancellation. I am left without living room furniture for upcoming repass at my home following a recent bereavement in my family. Additionally I have to receive store credit because my original payment card was stolen and my bank account was closed due to fraudulent activity. This situation has been extremely stressful and frustration. I request immediate resolution to issue a full refund to my updated payment method.
