The pieces don’t fit together and when we called customer service they would only say we needed to communicate with the manufacturer and to wait two days to hear from them.

Assembly took an hour by myself. It came packaged very well. I like the way it looks, but I do not love the functionality. The back slides in at an angle and the pillow props against it, so you have to lean back and there is no headrest to comfortably do so.

Very pretty chair! It’s comfortable, stylish, and looks great in the room. The design is classic and elegant, assembly was very easy, and delivery was quick. It also feels sturdy and well made. Love it!

We purchased this chair for my 12-year-old son. He wanted to have a little chill zone in his room where he could sit watch TV but also have extra seating for a family and friends visited in his room. He absolutely loves it. It is an oversized white fabric it’s very cozy comfortable and I catch myself sitting in it quite often when I’m in his room. He is using it every day and has had no complaints so I would say 100 was worth it was very easy to put together came in about six different pieces, but was easy to put together very quickly.

Super soft fabric but it did come with a small stain and I literally bounced up when I sat on it it’s that firm. I prefer soft chairs so it’s more comfy overall but the look of it and fabric is very pretty! But definitely not one I’d consider very comfy. The back cushion is actually super soft. Where you actually sit, super firm.
