We're very pleased with ou Wayfair purchase. A sofa in a box was delivered on time. Though the box was a little torn, the contents were intact. After carefully following instructios, we have a beautiful, new sofa.

Perfectly reasonable for the price paid. It took two of us longer to put together than anticipated because the instructions were a little ambiguous in a couple spots. One small "chip" in an unnoticeable part of the faux leather. I haven't tested the USB ports yet. Overall, I had an expectation for what I would get for my money. Given my needs, a place for people to sit for short periods in my office, it's completely acceptable. I wouldn't make it my personal sofa for binging TV.
