Couch is of very poor quality. Item comes completely dissembled. Parts are incorrect. Cushion inserts do not fit into cushion cases.

I didn’t like the material fabric and came incomplete and the service on the manufacturer sucks .. sorry is the fists time this happens

I loved the modern look of this sofa! It looks great in the space and is comfortable and roomy without feeling too bulky. It was definitely harder to put together than I expected, but once we got everything assembled, we were really pleased with how it turned out. Overall, it’s a nice sofa for the price

I really really wanted to love this couch. It looks so clean in the pictures and cozy. It was packaged very well and shipped quickly. Building the couch was pretty easy. It only took the two of us and went by pretty quickly when we got to the cushions we have three zippers break while trying to put the cushions on so now they don’t get covered all the way and I’m gonna have to buy a couch cover or something else just for it to look decent. You can kind of hide the way they look but as soon as you sit on it, they all go everywhere and as for sitting on it. Comfortable thing in the world. Hard to be honest and not as soft as I would have thought. This couch thanks Wayfair.

This 95” beige velvet reversible chaise sofa looks very modern and the velvet fabric is beautiful. Assembly took time and it’s definitely a two‑person job. Some of the screws to mount the base didn’t align correctly, so I had to jam them in to make it work. My package was also missing a few screws, but I had similar ones in my toolbox. The cushions are firm, and the inserts were tight to fit and zip up. I’m a little concerned that with weight and daily use, the zippers might give out over time. Even with those issues, the couch has a great modern look and feels sturdy overall, so I’m giving it 4 stars.
