Got this set delivered by 81726. Self assembled on 82026, the seat of the sofa had been sagged after a few use. Very disappointed with the product quality. Also, the price is lower now on the website for Labor Day sale. Want to return this sets now or will take a huge discount to keep them

Thank you very much for the replacement couch. The couch is very good and was easy to assemble, actually easier than the first one. Overall, the quality is great. The only small issue is a minor tear on the back of the couch. It is not very noticeable and does not affect its use. Overall, I am satisfied with the replacement couch and I appreciate your support. Love it! Very easy to assemble!

It was hard to put together alone, the color is not beige, it has a darker grayish color … the smell is kinda strong when you first open it .. had to spray fabric spray to get weird smell out .. it’s ok to sit on it
