Needed to change my 30 year old sofa that didn't recline when I watch my 60 inch tv, when I came upon this one, it fit the bill and its perfect and comfy for my tv watching sport nights, I love the center console, no more reaching to the coffee table for the munchies or drinks...

We waited to write this review until all issues were resolved. The delivery process went very well and exactly as promised. Unfortunately, once the sofa was placed in the room there was an obvious 2-inch gap between one arm and the reclining seat. We communicated through text, email and phone and Wayfair arranged for furniture repairman to come to our home in one week. The repairman diagnosed the issue but Wayfair needed to approve the additional time and material to replace a broken interior brace. That took another two weeks. The repair is now completed and it looks fine. We’re pleased with the prompt and professional way our issue was resolved.
