Qualité inférieur que la photo

Easy to built, material is as described. My cat hasnt started scratching it yet so thats a plus! However sofa bed is a bit finnicky, kinda difficult to pull out.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this sofa. It has already started to sag, and you can clearly feel the springs, even though it is practically brand new. It is not comfortable at all. As a sofa bed, there is a wooden bar running across the seat, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. There is almost no cushioning, and the overall quality is far below what I expected for a product at this price. Given the poor quality and the fact that it has deteriorated so quickly under normal use, I believe this product is defective and does not meet reasonable quality standards. I would like to request a full refund or a replacement as soon as possible.

Beautiful product

One of the side arms does not fit into the sofa and I have not received any support from Wayfair either. Except that the sofa is nice and comfy for someone living alone or as a basement sofa.
