Overall I like this couch. It could be a little more cushiony but I can adjust with pillows and throws. It feels medium firm. Looks just like the photo, so no surprises there. Easy to install and maneuver. Looks really nice. Love that I can use it as an extra bed for guests.

Very nice sleeper. The item came very quickly. The customer services is very good. The sleeper is very comfortable.

Great sleeper sofa! I was afraid that it won't work because of the online order (where you can't feel the fabric and see how it actually looks), however I really like it. We use it all the time and works and looks great.
