perfect size for my daughter‘s dorm room, matches her decor, and comfortable for out of town friends to sleep on.

The chair arrived missing parts (no arms) and assembly instructions. When I tried to process a return online, the continue button was “grayed out”. After multiple attempts, I now am going to have to try to call someone to help. Such an inconvenience and poor service. Also the chair (what was received) seemed to be poor quality. I likely received an open box return based on the condition of the box upon arrival.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the chair/cot. It came with the fabric torn. The box was in terrible shape. And should be sent back!!
