Horrible Experience with Manufacturer and Wayfair. The product description said the sofa would arrive in two boxes, but it arrived in one large box that had several tears in it. Because of the tears, the sofa arrived filthy and it was missing two of the five legs. I submitted a support request and the manufacturer replied that they would send me the missing legs within 5 - 10 days. It has been 27 days and I haven’t received the legs. I followed up with the manufacturer several times and they just keep telling me that they will send them as soon as possible. I escalated the matter to Wayfair and their only solution was for me to return the sofa and then they will issue me a refund or send me a replacement. They want me to disassemble the sofa, go buy a new box and packaging for the numerous parts, and figure out how to ship this very large and heavy box back to the manufacturer. I replied to Wayfair that this was not a practical or realistic option to resolve two missing legs. I told them that I’d rather take the financial loss than go through all that trouble. I asked them to just help me get the two missing legs from the manufacturer and my problem will be solved. It’s been 11 days since I responded to Wayfair, and they haven’t even had the courtesy to answer my request. The sofa is useless without the legs. I will buy a new one elsewhere. This was my first and last time to buy anything from Wayfair.

Fits nice in a small space, but as you fold out into a bed, the bottom isn’t padded, meaning you have to sleep with your head out into the room. We just throw an inflatable on it now for guests. Kinda defeats the purity.
