I would rate this 9.5/10! Great quality material - soft yet firm and very comfortable against the skin. Size is perfect for smaller living rooms. My wife and I can almost sleep together when couch is fully extended. Very sturdy and the pull out has no issues. The only -.5 from my rating is the initial step 1 2 of installation: getting those screws in felt like I was a NASA astronaut attempting an impossible docking maneuver where success/failure is determined by mere micrometers. Luckily you get infinite attempts when building a couch. P.s., the white/beige really brightens up the room! (Will try to add more photos soon)

Very comfortable couch. Super cute for my small space. Exactly what I was looking for. Great quality. Unfortunately, the arms never came and I was never notified until I called it in thats why I gave it a 3 stars instead of a 5. Now I have to wait possibly another 10 days which is crazy to me since it was on their end, not mine. Luckily I noticed immediately and made a claim.

For the price it’s a great apartment sofa and for smaller spaces. One thing of note is how the chaise can be taken apart to be moved to either the left or right side for preference.

Both boxes arrived at the same time an in good condition! Be warned that each box is 100lbs
