Canapé modulaire à assise large avec repose-pieds Chira

We love our new couch!! It is very comfortable and shipping was very easy

Do not get this sofa! Mine is missing the brackets to connect the chaise to the other half of the couch, and to attach the back rest, and the arm on the chaise side. I have spent 5 days in multiple texts, emails, phone calls, reports to the manufacturer, and submitted about 10 photos and diagrams and screenshots directly from the assembly instructions and everything else I can think of the explain and show them. There isnt even the drilled holes for where the brackets would be if they existed and they still dont get it and wont do anything about it. They are now gaslighting me and saying the sofa doesnt connect and the only feet on the sofa are on the armrest. Apparently, they think a sofa this size only has a leg under each armrest and that the armrest and back doesnt need to attach. This is insane. I have bought a lot of things from Wayfair since 2016. I have heard the stories of them doing things like this but I guess I didnt think it would happen to me. It has now. I will no longer be purchasing from Wayfair. Most of their items are on other retail sites, so its not a big deal except that I have a big sofa in pieces in my living room. I didnt even ask for much. I asked that they replace the base piece thats missing the connectors with one just like in the parts list in the assembly instructions. I was even willing to just get the brackets that are missing if they could provide a template or some guidance for where to position them. They have done nothing. The manufacturer is the one that said the only legs are under the arm rests when I told them there isnt leg and support block holes drilled into the base of the chaise either. The manufacturer! I have it in writing. They dont even know their own product. Dont buy this sofa. There are others that are the same or similar at other retailers. Dont do this to yourself.

Perfect couch for lounging! The movable ottoman is the best part and makes the couch feel like a queen size bed. The fabric is so soft, assembly was simple, the color is gorgeous! 1010
