I love that it’s comfortable but the only thing is that it’s been 72 hrs and it doesn’t look full, and the pictures shows a darker gray, that’s the color I liked, but it came light gray. Can someone tell me what’s the use of the head rest It has a zipper but it doesn’t do anything.

I really like it ! It’s been 2 days and there is still some wrinkles on the sides but I think with a iron or steamer they will go away otherwise it’s very comfortable and big
