Nightmare situation with delivery process. Word of advice Do not rely on the delivery window if you need the furniture by a specific timeline! Bottom Cushions were surprisingly thick expanded well. The back and arm pillows were a very underwhelming. The base (storage box) is very cheaply made and you will not be able to store heavy things inside or the bottom will fall out! Even though the cushions came sealed, dome moisture must have gotten in because upon opening there were distinct water marks on the cushion and several of the throw pillows Not a substantial piece of furniture but my daughter likes the aesthetics
