Canapé modulaire en U avec chaises doubles Ebern Designs

This is unbelievably poor quality. Truly shocked that this came from Wayfair as it doesn’t meet the standards of what you would expect from Wayfair. Would have returned it but, it had arrived weeks before we opened it as it kept saying 1 of 2 so we were expecting the rest of the package. Eventually called and we were informed there was nothing else to come so we booked handyman to come and set it up. I would have returned it if I hadn’t set it up already because we would have to deconstruct it to return. Items has just been moved to the basement as avoiding spending money to dispose of it

Zero stars. It didn't only "miss the mark" but this item is utterly misrepresented. It's actually dangerously poorly made. Description said seat height of 21.5inch, it doesn't even come up to 16! It looks ridiculously small. A 5'10 person will need a hand to sit down & stand up from it as they need to nearly squat to reach the seat. It says it's corduroy & it is a synthetic super-thin fabric, definitely not corduroy. Not even upholstery quality! I used Christopher Knight bistro chair in front of couch for reference. The top of the measuring tape in front of the chair is at 21.5" to show how its seats don't come even close! You can even see all the gaps of its very low quality construction. It's a trap. Delivered while not at home, you can't refuse the torn poor packaging, u then don't know what this is until after 3 adults hv spent 8 hrs assembling it; u then learn this is only suited for the landfil because it is not to be used, if you value your life. Sadly, it's not meant to be seen either as it looks terrible & ridiculously disproportionately small compared to any real piece of furniture. Since the box was unusable to start with, you can't even return it w/o hurting yourself trying to disassemble it & cause urself greater hardship by packing this 135 lbs thing. Customer Service wanted this landfill bound super heavy thing 2b returned instead of offering a credit. This is a dangerous listing selling a hazard, & hoping older folks like us won't want to hurt more by returning it. ***Review update *** After 1.5 hrs chatting with 1 CSR, I tried again and got Shazia L. in the chatbox. Shazia reviewed everything we submitted & understood our very difficult predicament. Item still deserves 0 stars & should be recalled, but Shazia L. is a true asset to Wayfair. I will be shopping for an alternate to replace this couch with Wayfair!

Not happy at all. If it's for the kids then fine but I would much rather return this, however since you have the assembly it 100% it's so much work to return. We do like wayfair, but this was a huge miss.

Horrible ítem! This couch is so small it looks ridiculous. I am 5”1 and this is to small for me, very cheaply made and just ugly looking. Looking to sending this back even though it took 5 hours to put it together. Very disappointed! I would give zero stars
