I was moving so I ordered this specific couch based on the promise of 3 day shipping, it arrived 8 days late with absolutely no help from Wayfair and no communication from the supplier. Wayfair did not offer a resolution, nor did they agree to expedite shipping, stating they couldn’t do anything about the shipping once the carrier (FedEx) has it, even though the couch hadn’t been shipped yet (and wasn’t shipped for almost a week after my initial conversation with them). That being said, the couch itself is nice looking. It comes in a million pieces, but is not hard to put together. The cushionspillows come shrink wrapped so they are very flat and it is hard to fluff them up (particularly the backrest cushions). Until those are fluffed up, the back part is not very comfortable to rest against and the Velcro on the cushions does not line up with the Velcro on the couch, so they don’t stay in place very well. The seats are very plush and those cushions spring right up after opening the plastic. I would rate the couch quality at 3.5-4 stars considering the price point was low compared to couches with a similar size and appearance. However I had to lower the overall rating based on Wayfair and the supplier gravely mishandling the shipping and customer service.

Overall, I’m happy with this couch! For the price, it’s a great value and works perfectly in our basement. The built-in storage compartments are a really nice bonus and add a lot of functionality. My only complaint is the back cushions—they’re pretty thin and don’t offer much support. That said, adding a few throw pillows made a big difference, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, a solid purchase for the price.

It is very elegant looking and comfortable. I highly recommend it . It was easy to assemble and appears better in it fits very comfortably in my living room person. Is very sturdy the cushions are very comfortable
