I called customer service to informed them I want my item to be delivered at my front door. Agent assured me that it’ll be delivered as I requested. On the delivery day, I called the shipping carrier FedEx to make sure that it’ll be delivered at my front door as I requested and they told me that no instructions were given from Wayfair. Then, I called Wayfair again and an agent told me “Hmm FedEx supposed to deliver your item at your front doorstep anyway, that’s how it’s been” agent was so rude and zero empathy. So, Wayfair how are you going to make sure I stay business with you since my FIRST experience was traumatic. Moreover, Velcro pieces were incomplete.
