This item arrived without all the necessary jhardware, I would think twice before ordering this item.

Great purchase and very pleased

Couch is nice but a BEAR to put together! Instructions are horribly written and diagrams are not clear. Be aware the couch comes in FIVE separate shipments all arriving on different days so prepare for your living room to be a disaster zone with boxes and pieces everywhere until you have all five shipments. I was dealing with it until I received notification that the final box would be delayed two weeks. Two weeks living in an obstacle course was not ok. I complained to Wayfair and they did handle it great with providing a small credit and getting that box to me in two days. Kudos to their service. Couch is comfortable and color is a “wow”. Just be prepared for assembly to be a real pain.

Not the best quality for how much you’re paying for it. Instructions were horrible and some of the back rests brackets and holes didn’t line up correctly so some pieces are missing bolts but was the only way to get it together which results in the sectional not staying together tightly. Foam quality is okay but a little bit thin and lumpy on the arm rests. Back rest is pretty low too. Overall it’s working for our space but definitely not worth the price…

If you can afford the $137 assembly fee, just get it. The instructions are iffy, mostly line drawings. The holes don't line up and screws won't seat. The bars attaching the back to the frame can are bent (on purpose) but no indication which part goes up or down. Just let somebody else do it. Other than that, I like it. Comfy enough, perfect size. If I can just figure out how to finish the assembly.
