The couch is incredibly uncomfortable. It legitimately feels like sitting on concrete. That aside, the couch arrived damaged. The box was not damaged, only the couch itself, meaning it was not damaged during transit, Wayfair boxed and shipped the couch knowing it was damaged. After a month of back and forth Wayfair refused to let me return the couch for a refund, they only offered a replacement piece. I did not want a replacement, I wanted to return the dang couch. I will never shop Wayfair again after this whole fiasco.
