Box with heavy loveseat was left outside my door. No one rang my bell or assisted me with getting it into my apartment. Now it sits in the middle of my living room until Tuesday when the installer comes to put it together. For the extra fee I am paying for the installation, it should be brought and installed by the same person on the same day. Being a 70 year old, 4 ft 11, woman with mobility isdues and use a rollator, this was a real disappointment.
