Absolutely love the unit. It is so comfortable, the material is so soft, I hope it stands the test of time because we love it. The adjustable head rest is a great feature and we were surprised that we missed never having this before, it is a nice extra touch. We both have back issues and the heating unit works great, eliminates the use of a heating pad, I especially love this feature of the unit. The only issue I have is the “massage “ feature. I was expecting rolling up and down the back and all that it does is vibrates, which we will probably never use, so it is not really a massage unit. But, other than that one thing, we love it and would definitely recommend it, just with the note not to expect anything from the massage part. It is super comfortable and the heat is great!! Having the storage compartments and 4 cup holders is a really nice feature as well. We are happy with it. An absolute thumbs up!!
