Chaise berçante inclinable, chaise berçante pivotante à 360 ° et fauteuil de chambre de bébé rembourré

I was told when I ordered the chair that it would be brought up to the second floor to my apartment. I was told the same by FEd Ex. I was lied to. The box was dropped in the downstairs foyer almost blocking my neighbors door. Repeated phone calls to both Wayfair and Fed Ex did nothing. I cancelled the order and, once again, I have been told, by Wayfair the the chair will be picked up. I am still waiting. Have I been lied to again?

Not going together at all! Probably have to send it back

The chair sits low to ground. The recliner does not raise very high. Would not recommend this chair at all. Would like a refund but to much trouble sending back so just giving it away. And going to Lazy Boy

Soft fabric but color is more of a sage than pictured. My main issue is the recliner, you have to pull up on a little handle between seat and arm rest and it doesnt have enough power to lift your legs, so like you have to pull it and have your legs already lifted up, hard to push back the recliner. Id send back but not sure how to take back apart and wayfair charges 80 bucks for ship back

Not quite the color in the photo but still pretty
