One leg longer than the other had to modify

Love the look of bar chairs. Unfortunately the wholes on one chair were drilled incorrectly so the bars on bottom of chair can’t be screwed in. Left phone and email messages to Way fair and manufacturer. Manufacturer has not contacted us and I have gotten a couple of confusing emails from Wayfair. Not sure but hope they are sending new legs with correct whole placement. They weren’t very clear. May have to contact them again. Very frustrating as I have purchased many items from Wayfair and this is the first problem I have had, was expecting better customer service.

I love the look of the chair. Its comfortable and the black is more matt than shiny which is a plus BUT I ordered 2 boxes of 2 chairs and one box came with no hardware. The chair can not be assembled till I get it. I had someone assemble the 2 chairs that had hardware and a few cross braces didn't fit flush but due to the comfort and style I can over look that. a 4 is because I have to wait and HOPE I get the hardware to assemble it and that I paid for.

Look great but disappointed in pleather seats and feels very plasticity. Nice and heavy though
