It's been a year and a half and I need to replace my work chair. It's creaking and screeching the whole day. I can't move even slightly. Getting up from the chair is the worst. It makes loud long screeching noises that I'm concerned are bothering people in other units. In short, it looks nice enough but isn't suited for working from home eight hours per day.

The chair is really cute and sturdy. Comfortable enough for a few hours a day.

No issues for three years, comfy and the folding arms have been a handy feature. However, last week part of the right arm broke off. I would expect a computer chair to last longer than this, and would hate to waste so much plastic because of one broken piece. Is there a way to get a replacement arm?
