packed poorly, bos came opened and thrashed. boght two chairs and both arrived in similarly bad state. first, and last time customer.

This chair is actually a bit better than I expected given the price. I wish the tilt was locking, but it is what it is. It's pretty comfy and the tilt arms was the selling feature for me. First chair they shipped me had wrong hardware. Had to send me a whole new chair which delayed everything for 2 more weeks.

I bought the chair over 3 years ago and it looks as good as new. I use the chair every day it has great support. I ordered it on Monday and got it on Friday.
