The chairs arrived on the expected delivery date. They packaged well, the legs were covered in bubble wrap and in plastic sleeves. All the tools needed for assemble was provided. Each piece was properly labeled for ease of assembly. The chairs were fairly easy to put together, however the directions could have been a bit better. They supplied picture diagrams but some written directions would have been great. Especially when it came to adding the leather backing. Which I  found to be the most difficult part of assembly.  It was extremely difficult to slide the leather into the correct position. The chairs absolutely gorgeous! The cushion is comfortably soft yet firm . The chairs are 31” tall  but still put me at a good height at the dinner table. These chairs could double as accents chairs as well.

So these are attractive and pretty chairs. I liked the way they looked so I ordered them but I really think you need a more supportive chair back. Or at least I do. However the seat cushion iss nicely padded. Cute. Soft and cushiony. Is that a word The main problem was the assembly. I know some said it was easy.Not for me. I have assembled furniture many times for years. This was difficult. A lot of the bolts would not stay in place. They were too loose. Attaching the legs was a chore because it was so tight. The wrench seemed a little too big. I do think they are cate. lThe assembly just took too long and was problematic.
