I am really impressed with this office chair. The chair was easy to assemble, it took me about 30 minutes on my own. It comes with all the hardware you need, as well as a little allen wrench. I work 12 hour days 5 days a week and I needed a better chair for myself at my office My job wasnt willing to get me a new one so I decided to get one myself. And I am so pleased with this chair. It gives me support in my lower back. The last two weeks I have felt a big difference in my lower back.

Assembly was easy. The height of the back moved, but there’s nothing to lock it in a higher position. That blows. The other thing is the headrest moves, but again it doesn’t lock so when you put any pressure on it moves. Biggest complaint is the chair doesn’t have locks on anything except the seat height, not even the swivel arm rests so everything moves. The arm rests are also short. I was sitting in the chair & they aren’t long enough for my arms.
